Ingredients:
- 1 stiklinė raudonų uogų (tinka braškės, avietės, vyšnios ar serbentai – švieži arba šaldyti)
- 1 valgomasis šaukštas šviežio medaus (arba bet koks natūralus medus)
- 1 arbatinis šaukštelis chia sėklų
- 1 arbatinis šaukštelis citrinos arba laimo sulčių (nebūtina, bet suteikia gaivumo)
- 1,5 stiklinės šalto vandens (arba gazuoto su ledukais)

Preparation:

- Add the mint sprigs and stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
- Let the drink sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes for extra refreshment.

Ingredients:
For the sponge:
150 g honey
120 g sugar
100 g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda (neutralized with vinegar)
400 g all-purpose flour
For the sour cream layer:
400 g sour cream (30%)
200 g whipping cream (35%)
80 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
For the yogurt layer:
400 g natural yogurt
200 ml whipping cream (35%)
80 g powdered sugar
10 g gelatin + 50 ml water
200 g fresh strawberries
Preparation:
1. Honey sponge
In a steam bath melt the honey, butter, and sugar.
Stir in the soda and mix until the mixture lightens in color.
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then add eggs and beat well.
Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 5 parts and roll each one into thin sheets.
Bake in a 180°C oven for 6–8 min., until lightly golden.
Sour cream layer
Whip the cream until it thickens.
In another bowl, beat the sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the sour cream.
3. Yogurt layer with strawberries
Mix the gelatin with water and leave it for 10 minutes.
Heat gently until completely dissolved (do not overheat!)
Mix yogurt with powdered sugar, then stir in the dissolved gelatin.
Separately whip the cream and fold it into the mixture.
Finally, add chopped strawberries.
4. Assembling the cake
Layer sponge cake with sour cream.
Repeat with all the sponge layers.
Pour the yogurt layer on top.
Chill for at least 4–6 hours, until set.
🍓 Decorate with strawberries, mint leaves, or a drizzle of honey.
